Aamdani

Project Aamdani empowers financially underprivileged urban women, particularly migrants, by equipping them with handicraft skills to create jewelry, bags, and home décor. Alongside technical training, we provide soft skills development in leadership, communication, and business management, ensuring they can market and sell their products effectively.

Beyond training, we focus on skill development and job opportunities for urban migrant women, offering flexible, home-based work that supports childcare and household responsibilities. We also conduct legal awareness sessions and facilitate one-on-one discussions with their husbands to foster motivational support and shared responsibility.

With our experience, This financial empowerment enhances the family nutrition, children’s education, and savings, creating long-term stability and resilience.
